Inspired by the time-honoured practices of old apothecaries, this soothing infusion brings together herbs long valued in traditional herbal lore. Linden blossoms were once steeped for their gentle calming nature; Echinacea root was favoured in early North American traditions for fortifying the body in colder seasons; Elderberries, rich and dark, were brewed in winter for their cherished vitality; Tulsi, the sacred leaf of ancient Ayurveda, was sipped for balance and ease; and Mullein, the soft velvety leaf, was historically turned to for comforting the chest during cold, damp days.
